About the service
The Complex Needs Service provides supported accommodation, group work and triage services to those with complex needs across Co Durham. The service provides tailored support to address the client’s individual needs, to maximise independence, working towards successful move-on in to independent living and reducing social isolation.
Service opening hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
